Description: Parties interested in submitting bids for the 2026-2027 SCSD Grounds
Maintenance Contract should attend this planning meeting. The SCSD Grounds Maintenance Contract may have a one, two, or three year term. That decision will be negotiated by the SCSD and the vendor.
Details regarding contract expectations will be discussed.
A tour of all district locations will be available at the conclusion of the meeting.
Submission: Sealed bids should be submitted to Chad Harrison, Assistant Superintendent.
Bids must be received by Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
Bids may be emailed to [email protected] . Bids may also be delivered or mailed to the SCSD, 110 Commerce Loop, Forest, MS 39074.
