Transition Information

 

Ms. Valeria Wilson serves as the Scott County School District Transition Coordinator for students with disabilities, ages 14 to 21. Ms. Wilson assists with post-school paperwork, post-secondary outcomes, Mississippi Occupational Diploma Portfolios, the American College Test, and additionally, serves as a liaison between community, school, families, businesses, students and Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Hudspeth Programs
In order for a person to be eligible for any services through Hudspeth (skilled workshop, group home, home, and community-based waiver services, etc.), the individual must apply for a diagnostic evaluation.
